So I don't have a lot of time to post since John and I are about to start Mad Men season one! I wonder if I'll like it?

Today I started week 8 of C25K which meant the 28 min. run. I alternated between 4.8 and 5.0 today on the speed. I think because I ran yesterday my legs were still tired and it made it a little harder. I almost stopped but I kept telling myself you are so much stronger than you think.

I plan to finish the other two 28 min. runs Monday and Wednesday next week.

Tomorrow I am finally getting back to my Weight Watchers meetings after a long and embarrassing five week hiatus. I know I'm going to see a 6lb or so gain. I have to deal with it and move on.

I was looking at some old WW stuff tonight. I have all my old weight trackers from when I started WW. I was consistently losing 2 lbs a week up until around I hit the 150s. So there is no reason that isn't how it should be now. I read though some old things I wrote and I felt awakened. I felt like I was remembering the person I was when I was being super successful at the program. I will be that person again.

Tomorrow we are going to Blizzard Beach (a Disney water park) and Sunday we are going to Hollywood Studios. I will get some nice walking in there and we planned out how I can stay OP while away. This is our last Disney venture this year (thank god, it's been too much lately). I love Disney but we've crammed a lot in the past year. :)

Let me know hoe the pilot is. IDEK what that show is about, except stealing Emmys from LOST. Lol.

I am SOOO proud of you for telling yourself you are stronger than you thin (so true) and getting through that run! You are motviating me to continue and push myself too. <3

Yay for going back to your meeting and facing reality and moving forward. That number is no reason not to keep going and I am so happy you realize that and are all about embracing it, because that is what it's about. You have to be honest and deliberate, which it really sounds like you're doing by going back and seeing your old progress, how your previous habits helped, etc. I am so happy for you!

Hey we want to watch the Magic game tomorrow night so we might go downtown to do that...give me a call when you're done at Blizzard Beach. :o) Drive safely. MUAH!

@Jen: We liked the pilot. I wasn't sure about it during the first 15 min or so but it got more interesting. We're going to watch more this week.

Yeah I'm about to go and a little worried to see the results but this will be the last gain I see for a while (and the last BIG gain for good!).

I just got your text about the gain and I'm so happy you're facing it and going to kick the crap out of it. :o)

I am sore but thankfully not as sore as I thought I'd be so hooray. :p Going to do Week 7 Day 2 around 1 p.m. WTF how did we get to Week 7!? And you're on Week 8! We rule. I never saw myself getting this far! Thanks for being a few steps ahead has helped motivate me a lot.

I will definitely give you a call when we figure out where we'll be. Have fun! <3
