So I have something coming up in 17 weeks and my goal is to lose 25 lbs!
It's really important for me to get off that weight for it so I'm excited to work for it!
If I lose an average of 1.5lbs per week I'd lose 25.5 so it works out nicely!
That doesn't include this week's weigh-in but I've been so stuck lately even with all the running.
I am making an appointment with my primary care doctor for some blood work, a physical and a thyroid test to check for anything off.
Interview went well so now I just play the waiting game!
I started Weight Watchers in October 2005. By May 2007 I had lost 105lbs. For the past two years I've been up and down working to get to my goal weight. This blog is dedicated to healthy living and reaching my goals.

Another update mid-week! What is going on?
Just wanted to come and say I did indeed get to the gym last night. I got out of work a little late but I had to adjust and adapt to the circumstances! I did my four-mile run and pushed through it! I finished up around 6:15 p.m.
I just got some exciting news. I have an interview tomorrow morning for what would be an internal promotion at my company. I'm not sure if my suit is good to go so I might have to go out and buy one tonight!
I am all sorts of anxious and feel rushed but I have to be ready!
I need to do my workout before work too but luckily it's a short run (2.5) and a little strength. I hope it helps me sweat out nerves!
