Cut it out.

Things I am going to slowly eliminate from my diet over the next few months:

  • all soda (currently drink caffeine free diet) with the exception of Stevia soda on occasion
  • artificial sweeteners (mostly, I realize I may have this now and then)
  • dairy (with the exception of occasional greek yogurt and coffee mate)
  • carb-heavy type foods like 100-calorie packs, granola bars, chips etc.
