- all soda (currently drink caffeine free diet) with the exception of Stevia soda on occasion
- artificial sweeteners (mostly, I realize I may have this now and then)
- dairy (with the exception of occasional greek yogurt and coffee mate)
- carb-heavy type foods like 100-calorie packs, granola bars, chips etc.
