Yay Friday!

Okay, so today isn't a normal post day. Just don't feel like doing the picture thing and such.

I'm about to go to bed but wanted to at least post something.

So for today I will stress the importance of water. I typically drink three bottles a day of the 16.9 oz water bottles.

Water helps boost your weight loss and flushes out sodium, water weight and toxins!

If you don't like water I would use the Crystal Light mix-ins. I use the new ones with natural sweeteners.

I happen to like water but I sometimes like to add the flavors.

Got my meeting tomorrow. Prepared for the worst but looking to turn things around into a the best and get to goal.

Should be back to the gym Monday.
